NN block

PURPOSE

Low voltage switchgear blocks are intended for power distribution in transformer cells 10 (20) / 0.4 kV with transformers up to 1000 kVA.

ENCLOSURE

The housing is made of sheet metal at least 2 mm thick, protected from corrosion by plasticizing or painting. The front doors are protected by plasticisation in RAL color. The construction is freestanding and ment for subsequent upgrades without a locksmith’s finishing. Fastening to the floor is possible by screws or other appropriate means.

INSTALLATION

The installation is carried out the same way as it would be with a freestanding internal elecrtical cabinet, designed for fastening to the floor by of bolts or other suitable means.

EXECUTION

It is designed to be sealed with sheet metal at the back and sides, and on the front is fitted with a door. Because of the modularity of performance, the system of these blocks is easily expanded by installing additional fields left and right from the existing built-in low-voltage block. By taking down the sides and simply merging, a new field is added to the existing block.

The connection in the transformer field can be performed in two variants:

  • horizontal (centered towards the back of the block),
  • vertical (upward)
